We are proud to present our Motel, located in the Eastern Townships area. Our motel has a delighted view to our private artificial lake and you will be amazed by the sun sets that we have opportunity to observe. A relaxing place for your vacation at an excellent price and quality. We have recently made many improvements and renovations for your comfort. ALL ROOMS HAVE BEEN RENOVATED! Our motel has eight (8) units for your convenience:
All our units are air-conditioned (central), have a private bathroom, are equipped with a small refrigerator, Satellite tv channels (NEW) and remote control and
We provide FREE secured high speed wireless internet.
Six (6) regular units: 1 room with 2 twin beds (or 1 king bed 5$ extra only per night), 3 rooms with 1 queen bed and 2 rooms with 1 double bed all with private bathroom with shower. NEW: Satellite tv channels with remote control, small fridge in all rooms. (max occupancy is 2)
FREE parking in front of your room door. Parking available for vans and big trucks
NEW: Queen bed rooms offer electric fireplace and 27 inches TV. All rooms have new laminated floor
Two (2) superior units: two (2) double beds, private kitchenette with table and chairs, private bathroom with shower/bath and one with a private balcony with view to our artificial lake NEW: Electric fireplace. 27 or 32 inch tv offering satellite tv channels (NEW) with remote control (maximum occupancy is 4)
TOTAL occupancy for groups is 20 to 22 guests.
We have an outside BBQ, tables and chairs for your convenience
NEW: you can rent a DVD player on site for 15$ per day+tx (2 dvd players are available)
NEW: we offer satellite numeric tv channels of great quality in all rooms! no more analogic cable
NEW: Coffee available at reception
we have a new KEURIG coffee maker and you may choose your coffee flavor (1.50$ large coffee)

Our mission is :
To offer a confortable and high quality lodging experience at the lowest cost possible. Cleanliness and our rooms warm ambiance make our unique reputation! In order to keep our prices as affordable we need to:
reduce management and administration fees as low as possible. Therefore, as of 2011,ALL RESERVATIONS are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE no matter the reason for cancellation.
ask our customers to help us reduce our costs by respecting the environment, respecting the non smoking policy, reducing the energy costs and taking care of all items in the room. If anything is the room is broken, lost or damaged you will be asked to pay for the damage.

NON SMOKING POLICY

ALL rooms are non smoking. Ashtrays are available for our smoking guests for smoking outside the rooms.A 200$ cleaning fee will be charged to clients who do not respect the non smoking policy. A 100$ to 200$ deposit may be asked at check inand will be refunded at your departure after room verification.

Sorry,no pets are allowed in the Motel. If you do not respect this regulation you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Low season: October 15th to May 14th

High season: May 15 to October 14th

from 69$ + tx simple or double occ. in HIGH season

1 queen bed room (room #2, #4 and #6):

from 64$ + tx simple or double occ. in LOW season
from 74$ + tx simple or double occ. in HIGH season

2 twin beds room (room #1) or 1 king bed:

from 69$+ tx simple or double occ. in LOW season
from 79$ + tx simple or double occ. in HIGH season
For 5$ more per night, you have a KING size bed

Superior room with 2 double beds room and kitchenette and lakeview balcony (#7):

from 95$ + tx simple or double occupancy in LOW season
from 104$ + tx simple or double occ. in HIGH season

Superior room with 2 double beds room and kitchenette (#8):

from 90$ + tx simple or double occupancy in LOW season
from 99$ + tx simple or double occ. in HIGH season

Groups : you may need to reserve the 8 rooms for a minimum of 2 consecutives nights.

Prices are subject to change without notice. On line reservations prices are up to date but DO NOT include taxes or additional guest fees.

Prices may be slightly higher for a 1 night stay saturdays 10$ to 15$ more depending on weeks) and 2 nights stay may be mandatory depending of the availability

Taxes and service:

All applicables taxes are applicable:
2$ provincial lodging tax per night
5% GST and 8.5% PST
Service is not included and at your discretion

Additional guests:
15$ for additional guests (in superior rooms only)
Occupancy is strickly enforced for security and insurance purposes. MAXIMUM occupancy is 2 guests in regular rooms and 4 for superior rooms

ON LINE RESERVATION:

Please note that all prices shown are for double occupancy (2) taxes are NOT included in the prices. To the total will be added: 2$ quebec lodging tax per night +5% GST+8.5% PST. Extra 15$ per additional guest in superior rooms with kitchenette ONLY are to be paid upon arrival (and additional bed also in superior room)Thank you

For telephone reservation please provide your credit card number, the full amount will be applied when making the reservation to secure your room and accelerate check-in process. Telephone reservations will need to be confirmed in writing (fax or email by scanning the form).
Please make sure you take your time prior to making any reservation since all reservations are NON REFUNDABLE or non transferable no matter the reason (sickness, death if the family, weather or location). You cannot change the dates of the reservation (no changes allowed)Thank you for your cooperation and thank you for helping us continue offering economic prices.

Motel management will refuse any agressive customers and you will be asked to leave with no refund. All our customers also respect the non smoking and the no pet policy. For telephone reservation you accept all motel policies and will sign the wrtitten confirmation (form and credit card copy)
