Our motel has eight (8) units for your convenience:
Six (6) regular units max. occ.2 *: 1 room with 2 twin beds (or 1 king bed 5$ extra only per night), 3 rooms with 1 queen bed and 2 rooms with 1 double bed all with private bathroom with shower (no bath). NEW: All rooms and studios have LED HD TV, with HD satellite channels with remote control, small fridge in all rooms. (max occupancy is 2) NEW: ALL rooms offer electric fireplace . All rooms have new laminated floor. Most of our mattress have a memory foam pillow top for your comfort NEW: bathroom sink faucets in all rooms! Two (2) sudios: two (2) double beds, private kitchenette with table and chairs, private bathroom with shower/bath and one with a private balcony with view to our artificial lake.NEW: Electric fireplace. 29 or 32 HD LCD tv offering satellite numeric HD channels (NEW) with remote control (maximum occupancy is 5*) NEW: clic clac futon in studios only NEW: regular rooms bathroom opening has been reversed to increase its size FREE parking in front of your room door Parking available for vans and big trucks or second car TOTAL occupancy for groups is 20 to 22 guests. Taxes and service:
All applicables taxes are applicable:
- 2$ Provincial lodging tax per night
- 5% GST and 9.975% PST
- Service is not included and at your discretion
* MAX OCCUPANCY: By definition the total of guests includes guests of all ages (babies, children and adults). For insurance and security purposes max of 2 guests is allowed in regular rooms (no extra cot, baby bed or mattress on the floor and no 3 or more guests in same bed) and 5 studios well suited for families. If any customer do not respect the max occupancy you will be asked to leave with no refund. Thank you for your understanding

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Since we are a small business any cancellation has a big impact on our business our policy is very strict. ALL RESERVATIONS are NON REFUNDABLE and non transferable no matter the reason (sickness, death in the family, weather or location) and no changes allowed. We are open and offer the service even when it is raining or snowing..NO CHANGES ALLOWED
Are you aware that a booking is secured only when 100% paid? Many customers experienced arriving at a motel and finding out their room was either overbooked or rented to a another customer? or any motel can make a deadline time for checking in...or you lose your room...At motel des deux lacs...all rooms are secured and 100% garanteed

For all reservations please provide your credit card number, the full amount will be applied when making the reservation to secure your room and accelerate check-in process. Telephone reservations will need to be confirmed in writing or by email your acknowledgment of our policies.
Please make sure you take your time prior to making any reservation since all reservations are NON REFUNDABLE or non transferable no matter the reason (sickness, death if the family, weather or location). Motel management will refuse any agressive customers and you will be asked to leave with no refund. All our customers also respect the non smoking, the max. occupancy reguation and the no pet policy.
